Hi experts,
I would like to append a customer-field to Incident and Change Request Views.
With AET it is very easy to realize this.
However, I don't know exactly how to create a field - which structure do I have to use?
I thought I have to enhance the structure "CUSTOMER_H"???
But if I do this I don't find this strucutre at "available fields". So I can create the field in the structure CUSTOMER_H but I can not select it and append it to the view.
Do I have to enhance the structure ORDERADM_H instead of CUSTOMER_H?
If so, what is CUSTOMER_H good for?
Thank you very much for support

The table CRMD_ORDERADM_H contains the standard fields of the order header. The table CRMD_CUSTOMER_H contains all customer specific fields for the order header. You use the table CRMD_CUSTOMER_H for all customer specific fields.
