No output has been selected for printing

Dear Experts,

I have created the output configuration for emailing of invoices. i have also created the conditions types with depatch time 3' send with application own transaction' and transmission medium 5 'external send.' But going to t code vf02 and issue print , i am not getting the output types automatically coming. i need to got to header an manually enter the output type.. kindly tell me waht need sto be done to get the outputtypes automatically.

This has been asked and answered on SCN numerous times, please use Search before posting.

In VF02, find the Output Determination Analysis in the menu and it will most likely answer your question. There must be something wrong with the condition record since it's obviously not finding it.

Hi Yezdeven,

If you want to send email of Invoice than ask to Your Basis Team, they will update their setting to send email.(ofcourse you need to create a condition record for out put type too)
