How are u?

I have Solution manager 7.1 sp06

and i need to configure the system monitoring

i configure the system that i should monitor

now i understand i need to create custom template and assign the template to the system

what is the different between metrics to alerts?

how i can change the subject of the mail (notif) that send from the solman?

if i want only to check dumps i can disable the rest of the alert/metrics?

HI,

I Success to change the subject in the mail / alert

but do u know how i can add the SID to the subject of the alert

example:

The subject need to be:   "qRFC Errors SID"

Its help me to monitor the alert with different monitor system
