Reg: MII display template

Hi Friends,

I would require your help in troubleshooting one issue. I have created a query template in MII 12.2 and I am able to view the content from it during the execution( used tag query).

Also created a display template( grid and tryed with  ichart also) for displaying the query  content. ( done all the settings under properties tab for display template).

when I am executing the report, it is not displaying content ( getting output as auto-generated page  blank page) with no content.

could any one help me out.

Assuming this is limited to testing your display template from the Workbench it is probably limited to the dynamic page generator.  You might need to update NW, so recommendation would be to log a support ticket as this has come up a few times already.  You could also try searching the forum for similar posts.

Can you provide the SP and build for your MII installation?  Also provide more details of your issue if you can.

Issue was resolved after upgrading to latest Java version.
