Solution Manager 7.1 long response time when using Tcode:solman_setup

Hi expert:

after I finished installing Solution Manager 7.1 and made some basic configuration, like create users and others. but  It cost a long time waiting. as you can see. the loading icon runs a long time, seems it never stop.

this really really drive me crazy. It would be appreciated if you can suggest how I can solve this issue. thanks

OS: linux X86_64

database: oracle 11.2

sap kernel release : 720 

support package level :114

Did you ran SGEN tcode for all components after install ?

I've generated all the object, but it still does work.

I think maybe something wrong with J2EE settings, but I'm not sure.

Hi,

Are you accessing Solman_Setup within the domain intranet or outside ?

Also check where the slowness - ST03n/SM66 and determine if it is slow within SAP or outside.

Please update your database statistics using brtools.

Is it your new installation  ?
