Create incident message from SAP NW EP Portal 7.31

Hello SCN users,

I have try to customize EP portal according to this blog http://scn.sap.com/community/it-management/alm/solution-manager/blog/2012/09/28/how-to-setup-sap-por... when I try to edit EPsolman iview I have warning about manster language. I`ve try to setup default logon language (EN, DE and empty) but no luck. Please advice.
