Assign task to both immediate task tab and correction task(under item tab) in q notification

Dear All,

I have one issue where i am able to click on determine task tab to generate the task required to be performed in the TASK tab(immediate) in Q notification. However how can i generate the same for corrective task under item tab.

Scenario is i am thinking of entering corrective actions tasks in task tab immediate and preventive action in correction tab under item tab? Can i do the same. under one notification type. Is my view correct? If this process is right then how can i generate task in two different tabs. Please note that i am creating different code group for corrective task and preventive actions.

     Follow the below path to configure your requirement

SPRO > IMG > Quality Management > Quality Notifications > Notification creation > Notification types > Define screen templates > Define screen areas and tabs > Select required notification type and configure your layout acordingly

Hi,

     Your requirement is not possible in std SAP, you have to go for a development.
