How to maintain gray mode for g/l account field in VKOA (Revenue account determination ) Transaction.

In general, both in Quality and in Production clients, the entire screen of VKOA would be in grey mode and this being the case, I dont know why you need this requirement.  Any user who is having authorisation to access VKOA in Development client and make changes will impact in Quality and Production clients only if the related transport request is moved.  Nobody can make changes as they like and hence, I dont think, this requirement is necessary.

Hi Venkata,

As per your question I think u have keep VKOA transaction in display mode only.Check with your basis consultant i.e you have to give authorization to only one or few users who are allowed to change the G/L accounts and for all other users it will appear in display mode only as per your requirement.
