Hello,
Did anybody of you come across a topic how to disable the button "Sent to SAP" for key users creating incidents in Service Desk VAR SM 7.1 ? I created the key user with composite roles SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE_COMP and SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY_COMP . The button "Sent to SAP" is active for this user. However I don't want key users to be able to make such an action. I want only processor of message to have this possibility. Is there any simple way to disable this button via some authorization object in Service Desk CRM UI? (did not find it so far:(
