Hi All,
Greetings....
I had configured Application Incident Management for Service Desk Support Message in Solution Manager.
Now I want the users from Satellite system to use the same instead of standard Support Message Template.

Hello!
You can create transaction (program) in satellite system which will open solman transaction to webui through trusted RFC connection. Then create role or add needed authorization to exixsting roles for this transaction, rfc connection, message creation..

Kindly use the workcenter link and attach to a role in satellite system which in turn assigned to all users.
this will help them to see all the tickets filtered by status queues in incident management workcenter
