SA confirmed quantity zero

Hi all,

I have a scheduling agreement when I clicked on item availability, it shows me the available confirm quantity. I pick the quantity and save it.

However when re-open the scheduling agreement, it shows me confirmed quantity 0. I tried to delete the scheduling agreement and schedule line but both methods are still giving me 0 confirmed quantity.

Hi,

   Confirm whether the sale order is going for Credit check release.
