Geomap fully support latitude and longitude functions within WebI reports that can be viewed on Mobile. Mobile also supports GPS positioning when viewing reports but I not sure this would feed the data back to you reports to make it dynamic.
If you a GPS software that can update the latitude and longitude then this can be refreshed using WebI reports and viewed on Mobile devices.
