EMAIL output determination

Hello Experts

I have created output type ZMAIL with access sequence ( OrderType/Material ) and maintian the condition type in the procedure and assigned it to the required order header. Finally, I maintained the condition type record through VV11 for ZMAIL.

My problem:

There is no determination occurs automatically and the determination analysis appears:

Access          Message             Description

10                  524                     Access not made (initialized field)

Any idea?

Regards,

Amr

Check whether there are any routine assigned in requirement field against your output type in Output Procedure or Access number in Access sequence. This generally happens when system is able to find condition record, but, not able to copy output type on to document due the execution logic maintained in the routine.

Whether your output type is header or item?

As material number not available in field catalog for output.
So, if it’s item relevant, then append MATNR to KOMPBV1.
Else, in case of header, MATNR should be to KOMKBV1.

It's header output type. Is it possible to apply this access on header level?

Yes, you can.

Unlike our header condition record for pricing, you can have access sequence in Header Output Type.

So, Will assign this structure KOMKBV1?

Apologies , ignore my previous comments.

As having material in access for header output type, doesn’t make sense.

Material should be for append MATNR to KOMPBV1.

Thanks JP

The problem due to the MATNR in Item structure KOMPBV1, and the output procedure assignment was on header so change this assignment to item level (e.g. TAN) and it is working fine.
