xml file with contract data isn't uploaded automaticly

Hi

We are uploading contract item data via XI.

An xml file is created containing contract data. The file is supposed to be uploaded automaticcly via import manager.

The process works fine manually. The problem is that the file is not uploaded automaticly although ther port is defined in consule as processing time Automatic. Am I missing something?

Did you check the error log of respective inboud port? what it says?

Where can I find the error log? in the report there is no reference for this?

Hello Hila,

Go to sxi_monitor filtering with inbound message date, then double click on message to see its detail.

In left pane you have the inbound message and the response call, just check on response header. Within it you have the trace an error logs. If you cannot read it, or its uncomplete you can check it through a proxy debugging in SPROXY trx. It will clarify your doubts and you will see all the errors in the inbound.
