Aavoid partial lots for batch split in Pre dispatch inspection

Dear All,

For pre-dispatch inspection , I activated Ins Type 10 in Material master for FG Material . Here in control ins lot i maintained '1 ins lot for each main item' . I want that even if i select more than one batch at sales delivery also, system has to create one inspection lot only.

But here if i select more than one batch, system creating only one lot but based on no of batches it is creating partial lot.

In inspection plan i didn't maintained any inspection points and sampling procedure also without ins points.

In QM plant level settings also in result recording - partial lot assignment according to plant default settings.

My requirement is- system should not create any partial lot even if i select more than 1 batch in sales delivery. How to solve this ?

u have any idea about batch split for delivery note(SD) & one inspection lot(without partial lots) in customisation

where we have to check.

Any customisation i missed kindly reply me

This is standard behavior.  You did a batch split and hence you get two parital lots.

If you are actually testing these batches you would need to have a way to enter in results for each batch.

I guess my question would be why wouldn't you want to record two sets of results? What if one batch passes and the other fails?
