Hi,
Can any body explain is it possible to delete billing document.
Regards,
Venkata
Hi,
Deleting the entries from standard table is not advisable. You can always cancel the invoice in VF11..Most of the business senarios will be ok with cancelation..More over if you delete the invoice that document number will get missed out from the system unless you adjust number in the number range object..Practical senario this will be difficult..So cancelation will be the good option..

Hi Venkata ,
You should not delete the Billing document. Rather cancel the billing document using VF11. and create new billing document using VF01. For all legal and audit purpose, billing document deletion is not acceptable. Please talk with the legal team regarding it.

Next need to run SE16N and put VBRK(table), press enter
next type"&sap_edit"in the command box and press enter, a message will appear
SAP editing function is activated
next press F8, table will be in change mode
here you need to select the respective billing doc and click on delete row
This is borderline illegal and just plain stupid. Fortunately, this loophole was closed in one of the support packs for ECC 6.0.
no u can cancel billing document through vf11
