Hello,
I am trying to find out why is it that Incoterms in Sales order document change for just one material as it is entered. There is one material that is when entered, item level incoterms are different than CMR. Only for that particular item, other items entered have the correct incoterm as in the header level.
The material is from a Mexico plant, and it is changed to a USA plant, the incoterms remain different than CMR.
However, if you enter the material number, quantity and USA plant in advance at the item level, and then hit enter, the correct Incoterms are copied.
If only material number and quantity is entered, and enter is hit, and then later, the plant is changed, the incoterm at item level (which is different) do not update and stay different than header level.
Anyone know what going on? its a little urgent.
Regards,
Sohail Siddique
Did you check any user exit is causing this?
If it is not user exit and the reason unknown, then may be you need utilize user exit USEREXIT_REFRESH_DOCUMENT in program MV45AFZA to populate the correct incoterm.
