PSS email notification text change in GRC 10.0

Hi All,

We want to  customize the PSS email notification text in GRC 10.0

Please let us know how to do this and make it active.

I'm not sure if you are referring the GRC AC or PC.  For PC, we change the text for the email notification in the IMG at the following path:

Governance Risk and Compliance -> General Settings -> Workflow -> Workflow Email Notifications -> Maintain Workflow Notifications

Can you please explain how to change the body text of message that tester receive in e-mail notifications?

Hi Aryendra

The body text it changed in SE61

Make sure Document class is General Text.

Then the Name is the name of the message you want to change.

Select Change and you will be in the body text.

This I have already done, Issue is how to assign these custom text so that end-users will receive when AIF is sent to them using planner.

Any specific setting in SPRO to assign these custom notifications?

I'm sure you can use SE61.

Document Class: General Text

Name: GRAC_CUP_PSS_NOTIFY

I have created the customised document but how to make it in use.

Is there any configuration we need to make in GRC to ensure that users are getting customized text only.
