How to change read-only fields in configuration?

Hello Experts,

I've a requirement where I need to change some item details in configuration as shown below.

The problem is some of the fields in configuration are grayed (read-only). Can somebody tell me how can I change those read-only fields in configuration?

that particular characteristic comes at dependencies , like that particular characteristics you can assign the dependencies ,  so cleck I icon like below screen , you can find the logic
