ECL Viewer 7.0 not displaying dxf and jpg files correctly

I have just upgraded from ECL 6.0 PL9 to 7.0 PL0. We are on SAP GUI 7.20 PL8.

Please refer to the attachment to see the problems.

The dxf file is missing nearly all the text and the jpg is not in colour and is very grainy.

Are there some other settings that need changing? I have looked at the loader preferences but there is nothing there that seems to fix this. I did also install PL1 but the problem remained.

Your help would be appreciated.

Dear Dean,

if you are using the ECL Viewer 7.0 please also upgrade to the latest patch 7. This is important to have all corrections installed which are shipped by Siemens PLM just in the patches.
