Error "The ASSERT condition was violated" in GRC 10.0

Hi Experts,

     I have the following problem, when I try to create a user emergency happens that when I assign a firefighter and attempted to review the assigned approver opens a window with the following error "The ASSERT condition was Violated".

Any idea what may be happening.

Where exactly are you getting the error ?

Are you getting an dump in ST22?

What is the current Version and SP for the GRC system that you are using?
