Schedule line confirmation

Hi all,

We are procuring some materials externally, for that material user created a sales order on <b>23rd JAN 07</b> and schedule lines confirmed on <b>27th Feb 07</b>

how system has confirmed for 27th feb in material master also the replenish lead time is 0 days how system has confrimed 27th feb,

Pls help me in this issue

Hi,

May be you can check the Purchasing info record for the Mtl & vendor combination and see the lead time for supplies from that vendor. This could also be one reason - because you said, it is externally procured.

Hi,

The schedule line dates will be confirmed based on the following parameters for external procurement:

1. Plnd delivery time from material master MRP1 view (Also check if any purchase info record maintained for this material...planned delivery time can be maintained there as well)

2. GR processing time from material master MRP1 view

3. Plant purchase processing time (t-code oppq)..setting for plant parameter for External procurement.

4. then check the loading time and the pick/pack time from the shipping point master

5. check the transit time and transportation lead time from the route master..

Check all these lead times..

1. u had confirmed that lead time in days in sales document type.

2. u confirm in the material master mrp 2 screen ie in house production .

3. the pp condutant will set the production planning days ie material requirement plannning days

please check

How system has taken date after 1Month & 4 Days

Check in VOV8 against the controls of the order for the field lead time in days.

Thanks for reply but my issue is still pending, in VOV8 i have checked the lead time in days it is 0 so can u pls tell me any possibities
