Dear Experts

Is customer loyalty is one of the module of SAP Retail or in SAP CRM?

Hi Jack,

I guess, SAP CRM is preferred for customer loyalty in SAP Retail.

However few years back SAP bought a solution 'Allegiance' along with POS solution Triversity.
