Name that DemoJam finalist

I am looking to find the DemoJam finalists and all I have is a lite recolection of the solution. Hoping some others recall and can refresh my memory of what was the solution and who created it.

I beleive it was 2009 or 2010 in Las Vegas. The solution was built by a few developers across SCN, I believe some were mentors at the time. The solution was a social collaborative environment for developers. It would allow developers to text each other and discuss the solutions while being remotely separated. I know this just sounds like IM but there was more too it.

Does this ring a bell?

Any help appreciated.

It was ESME.

ESME evolved into a top-level Apache project where it sleeps with little activity.

Just search for ESME on SCN and you'll find all the information you would ever need.

Bit of a unnecessary trivia : ESME was the first demo that was on stage at Demojam across all 3 SAP TechEd locations (an an unwritten rule till that point of time, a demo could at the max participate in not more than 2 demojam locations)
