How to set select-option field label?

I want to set my select-option field label i.e "Purchase Order Number"

Hi Suman,

Another option is to pass the desired label as parameter I_DESCRIPTION with the call to method IF_WD_SELECT_OPTIONS->ADD_SELECTION_FIELD.

When you define the select-option make sure you assign it to a data element that has the text that you want.
