Data File growth history missing in DB02

Hi Friends,

We have recently migrated few systems from HP UX to Linux . Migration went very well.

However now we got an email stating that previous data files history are missing in DB02. We are able to see the data file growth history (Months & weeks ) only from the period  after the migration is completed.

Details before the migration is not seen. Can anyone help us how to retrieve those information using DB02 ?

THanks and Regards,

Vimal

Hi,

During migration with export/import method (database independent method) only SAP-specific data were exported/imported. Oracle data dictionary tables and views (placed in SYSTEM tablespace) were recreated from scratch during database creation as opposed to database-specific system copy method. Data files history grows information is stored in oracle data dictionary. Therefore you have no access to this information after migration.
