PLANNER ERROR

Hi everyone,

Following the path NWBC - Assessments - Assessment planning  - Planner, when the tab of the planner is open i can't select any row and i can't select any button because they are off. (as shown in the picture below).

Anyone could tell me if this is a problem i can solve with a sap note?

Problem solved, now i can select the row and open all plan made.

Nevertheless i noticed that selecting any row i can't delete the plan!(the delete button is still off).

Is this an authorizations problem?I have SAP_GRC_FN_ALL role in my user.

Do i need to a particular authorization for delete a plan?

I'm not sure you can delete a plan from the front-end (NWBC), particularly after it has completed.  You can delete it in the backend by using GRFN_STR_CHANGE, which will delete the cases and workflows associated with the plan.  This should never be done in Production, however.  Even in DEV or QA systems, you need to exercise extreme care in deleting objects.  You only want to delete the specific case in question, and you need to make sure you delete all associated objects.  When you do this, you can replan that control(s) testing.

you cannot delete a plan after it has been completed

To delete, use tcode grpc_as_reorg in backend.
