Issue in alert configuration

Dear experts,

I have properly done alert configuration . i am getting message in alert inbox for the failure message in sxmb_moni .

The problem is every time i need to execute the RSALERTTEST report to get the message . this should not be happen . what could be the solution for this..?

The  second problem is that variable value is not getting populate in message , i have used SALERT as container variable.

I have searched this thread but couldn't get solution .

Hi Anup,

'RSALERTTEST' you need only to test, otherwise it at runtime you should get the emails automatically. I assume you have configured all the sections in ALRTCATDEF and maintained Fixed Recipients.

Also you need to configure Alert Rules in Alert Inbox of RWB.

I am not sure whether SALERT is a container variable or not. Please find the below to find Container variables provided by SAP.

I have done every thing which is required for alert configuration in abap stack as well as java stack .

I have tried with SXMSMGUIDC variable also bur still facing the same issue.

any suggestion would be appreciated...

scope of the container variable is changed from Block to Process.

I am using not using  BPM in scenario..

Scenario is simple soap to proxy.

Still issued not solved
