RISK MANAGEMENT 10.0 REMEDIATION PLAN

Hi all,

I'm trying to perform a remediation plan but i have a problem.

I open an ad hoc issue by the tab issue of a risk, i correctly receive the issue in my work inbox but when i assign the remediation plan to other user this user don't receive any remediation plan.

Some idea?Anyone can help me?

Did you configure the workflows correctly?

Are there any users assigned to fallback?

I think i configured the workflows correctly.

Anyway i also assigned some user to fallback receiver but nobody receive the remediation plan.

You should verify the role that you have assigned for remediation plan in SPRO.

Yes other workflow works fine.

I assigned the following roles to remediation plan in SPRO :

SAP_GRC_SPC_CRS_SPR_OWNER

SAP_GRC_SPC_FDA_CTL_OWNER

SAP_GRC_SPC_GLOBAL_INT_AUD

SAP_GRC_SPC_GLOBAL_ORG_OWNER

SAP_GRC_SPC_SOX_CTL_OWNER

SAP_GRC_SPC_SOX_ORG_TESTER

ZSAP_GRC_SPC_231_CTL_OWNER

ZSAP_GRC_SPC_262_CTL_OWNER
