Solman edit CR from CRMD_ORDER

Hi Guru,

I am new to SolMan, kindly Help me.

I went to T-Code CRMD_ORDER  and trying to edit description of Change Request which status is Created,  but i am getting bellow error

Transaction Type SMCR (Request for Change) should be maintained in the CRM Web UI only

i don't have access to CRM Server, i want to do this changes through SolMan, can you give me some alternative way to edit CR.

What may be the problem, and how do i resolve it without accessing to CRM Web UI.

Hi Suresh,

SMCR is the new transaction type for CR introduced in Solman 7.1. This is editable only using CRM UI screen and not from transaction CRMD_ORDER.
