Adobe Reader could not open because it is either not a supported file type..

Hi All

I am getting this message when I press preview button in the SC.

"Adobe Reader could not open because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged."

Please assist what can cause this error.

Even if there is code error in the smartform such message could come.

Hi Alex,

Can you check whether your version of Acrobat Reader 6.0.1 or higher ??  If not upgrade the version.
