We have copy control defined between IV invoice and delivery type.
Now in copy control, the reference number/assignment number =C which means delivery number.
We want this to be changed to F (external delivery no ). External delivery no is available at header delivery,( administartion tab). In our case external delivery no stores sales order number for which delivery is made.
Now since our system is live since yr 2005, our FI department wants to know the impact of changing the assignment /reference no in copy control. They are of veiw that value of "C" might be used in some user exits while posting accounting documents. I have two questions
"
1) which all user exits are used in SD-FI interface so that we can use "where used list" to find out if any program is hardcoded to "C" for ref/assignment number field ? This way , when we change the config in copy control to F, we will also change the hardcoding for assignment/reference number !
2) In some typical scenarios, we have automated FI documents posted[using Business Transaction Events(BTE)] on the basis of original Billing and FI invoice for local tax requirements. what user exits are used for these scenarios so that we can see if assignemnt/ref field in copy control is hardcoded for these scenarios ?
