Error in SC creation

Hi,

SRM 7.0 , Classic scenario

Situation : We did a client copy and all the post client copy details were updated properly.

Issue : After creation of SC , we can't display the same or copy the SC.

Error : Object or set with GUID F693B2506CBA3D1DE10000000AF2390A does not exist. Also the agents are not updated in SWIA , but i can able to see the agents while creation of SC.

Request to throw some light on this issue.
