I am on SRM 7.0 ECS scenario.
I have a requirement to create scales on the Central Contract
As of now customer is using only flat prices but would now like to use scales .
Item category "Normal " and Product Category" are both being used for contract creation.
Could you please give me a step by step guide on:
- which condition group/condition type to use
- activate scales
Currently customer is using zero price contracts .Only Target value is maintained .
Could you please guide on what changes i need to make to be able to use scales on the contract. Currently I can only select a condition type (e.g item Discount %) . The scales button is greyed out .
