Error in inspection lot reversal

Hello,

                  While reversing the inspection lot in a customised  Z T- Code , i am receiving the following error message

“You cannot make a quantity transfer posting for insp. lot xxxxx”

the inspection lot status ias follows

UD   Usage decision has been made

PASG Plan/specification assigned

CCTD Insp. characteristics created

CALC Sample calculated

SKIP Skip lot

STIC Short-term insp. completed

ICCO All inspections completed

SPRQ Quantity posting required

SPCO Stock posting completed

QLUP Quality level updated

STUP Statistics updated

Is there any other T-Code for reversing the inspection lot ?

Kindly suggest me how to solve the issue

hi..

Following are the steps in your scenario..

1.  Do goods recipt with Movement type 102. and with referece to your PO number ( wrong PO number).

2. in GR select the quantity and select the stock type unrestricted.

3. same quantity of stock wil be transferred to n order stock.

4. cancell the inspection lot by T code Qa12.

5. again create new GR with referece to new PO.

If skipped lot and accepted, stock went to unrestricted when GR and no further movement for usage decision.

So you can reverse material document directly without insp. lot reversal.

Reversing of inspection lot in sense ?

Goods receipt has been done wrongly for a different purchase order, materials in the PO is quality activated materials, for which inspection lot has been cleared. Now before reversing the GR, we need to reverse the inspection lot and move the stock from unrestricted to Quality inspection stock
