Dear All,
I am facing problem while launching ESR and ID of PI 7.31. There was no issue till 2 days back and there was no change made to Internet Explorer.
The other users are able to open ESR and ID without any issue. I have used both IE8 and IE9 but once I select the option " OPEN" from the pop up , there is no display of the ESR and ID.
The details of the IE and Java:
1. IE 8.0.7601.175614
Cipher Strength 256 bit
2. JAVA 6 Update 37
JAVE Runtime Versions 1.6.0_37
3. JAVA Web start : I have deleted the temporary old files but still there no success.
Could anyone help me!!
Regards
Alice
Hi Alice,
As said earlier " delete the exist content from cache of java webstart and try it again"
then go Administration tab in your integration builder ---> Java Web Start Administration
click on Restore Archives and generate New Signature then click on IR and ID
try several times..
Also check this below option in Java pgm in Control panel.
Go to Java Control Panel, click on network settings
and check Direct Connection radio button
Thanks
Sai

Hi Alice,
If you are using Citrix, then goto Search --> Folder --> Java --> Cache : Delete the cache.
If you are using directly, then open Java from Control Panel, there you can see to delete temporary files in General tab.

The issue might be due to
1. Incorrect JRE version
2. Java web start not installed .
3. User authorization issue.
4. IE version incompatible.
