Restrict to update Condition records for particular key combination

Hi,

We are using two key combination (1.Customer/Material 2. Customer/Material/Division)  for updating new condition records with t code VK11. Now we have required to restrict to updating condition with 2nd key combination.

Is it possible? How? please help

Hello Mr. Gaikwad,

I dont think there is any standard way to restrict creation of condition record for the perticular Access sequence, you can fulfill your requirment by following way:

1. Using Technical help (User Exit, or by Z-coding)

2. Using Authorization Object

Hi ,

If you want to remove the second key combination permanantly

Tcode-V/07

Select your acess and click on Accesses icon which is on the left side.

Delete your unwanted Combination..

Please try restricting authorisation objects

For the above said users..

If it is not working Please check with your basis consultant for the valiable authorisation object s for blocking the acess
