Saprouter windows service failed

Hi,

I´ve installed a sap router in a windows server 2008 , I´ve created the windows service using the ntscmgr program , but when I try to start the program I´ve this error:

Windows could not start the saprouter service on local computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start

I´ve started the saprouter directly from CMD and is working ok.

Could someone help me?

Please check with what user the service is running.

Hi,

Try to take a look on the dev_rout when you start the saprouter services.

Also, check the event manager for more details info.

Refer to Note 525751 - Installation of the SNC SAPRouter as NT Service and ensure the syntax is correct, ^ is changed to "

Suspect certain dll is not exist in the system.

I tried to delete the pse credentiasl and create them again , but we continue with the problem.

When we start the saprouter from CMD is working but when we start it from the windows service it fails.

Any idea?

Please paste the output from command

cmd> sc qc saprouter

and compare it with command that you run from cmd.

Can you check windows service credentials?
