Can't assign MTE to node for saphostagent - sapccmsr segment

Hi, guru solmaners.

I've installed saphostagent (720/126 patch) instead saposcol+sapccmsr+sapccm4x collection.

CEN (Solman7.01sp10) RZ20:

For sapccm4x segment (ex. KDD\hostsap_KDD_15) I have full presentation (MTE-Class / Collection Method / Autoreaction Method / Analysis Method)

For sapccmsr segment (SAP_CCMS_hostsap) I can't assign MTE class: "No properties can be maintained for the selected nodes (MTE)"

Possible reasons:

• Context is not active
• System is not active
• Network problems

RZ21 connections ok. Logs nothing errors (only errors type sapcr_set_secudir, pce ssl...)

What may be?

hi,

sapccmsr for java components, have you registered in your j2ee engine

if you sure there is no error in authorisatin, verify the registration process..

I connected by RZ21-Tech.Infrastructure-Conf Central System-Create remote monitoring entry

Type Host. Registration ok.

RZ20: SAP CCMS Expert - *All Segments*

node SAP_CCMS_hostsap - hostsap - Operation system - * has no value for "current status".

But threshold alerts is displayed. And Complete Alerts empty! I can't confirm that

is it right?

it is nt right.

Solution:

I disable sapssmcr in saphostexec (by ccms/enable_agent = 0 in host_profile), registration old sapccmsr.exe and all ok. MTE tree are display, current status display.

But why did internal sapssmcr work incorrectly?
