How to set status of CSA task to "Closed"

Hi,

I want to set a CSA task from Rework to Closed in the backend system

As of now, Q3 sign off has got completed and there is a open CSA task in Rework status.

I would like to set the status of that CSA task to CLOSED.

Can you please let me know,if there is any way to set the status.

Im thinking, there should exist a function module.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Ashok,

If the signoff period is over, you are not allowed to change the status. You can use workflow generic function modules to  set it to complete but this is not recommended as this will be against compliance. What you can do instead is to completely delete the case from backend using the program GRPC_AS_REORG, if you do not want this assessment at all.
