overdue monitor

Hi,

I have a scenario on the concept of overdue events:

Expected Delivery - at 10:00

Actual Delivery - at 10:50

(we don't know it until reported by trucking company)

Reporting time from trucking company for actual delivery - at 12:00

The 'actual delivery' time shown in the system is the reporting time from trucking company (12:00).

However, what I don't understand is where the actual delivery time (10:00) will be placed. Or, we will lose this real "actual time"?

If we can view the actual delivery then wheather we can view estimated/reporting/actual delivery time on a single event.

Hi,

So I can confirm from your response that we can view estimated/reporting/actual delivery time on a single event and all can be viewed in execution info tab right?

please refer to Daniel's reply to your post "DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXPECTED AND ESTIMATED TIME " http://scn.sap.com/thread/3268433

Estimated Date/Time is only used for TM/EM Integration and not display in the Standard UI. Estimated dates are stored in Control Parameters whoch you could re-use.

In the standard TM scenarios the expected and actual dates are displayed.
