Employee Org and Personnel Data from HR

Hi,

I have been trying to replicate HR Master data from HR system to SRM system via ALE. It works fine the first time, the BP is created and he has a user id and Personnel Number with an employee role. But, when we run it the second time it removes the User Id and Personnel number for that BP. When we do this the third time it creates a duplicate BP for that employee, now we have one person having two BP's. This keeps repeating for every single time I send data.I looked at all the system switches , they look fine.

Please Advice..

Hello Venkata,

I don't know whether this will help you, but vauge thought:

I assume you have created a distribution model for idocs responcible for replication , added message types and using the report PFAL or RHALNI (sorry i forgot the name and don't have system).

There is a provision for intial load and 'update' in this programme.

Are you selecting the 'update' mode for yr subsequent tries after the first one?
