We have a 4.6C system in which we have SCOT configured and working successfully in the business client i.e client 100. Now we are trying to configure SCOT(SMTP) in client 000. Each time we have tried to send an email out from the system it ends with the error message sendmail failure 1. The settings and configuration are identical to the client in which SMTP is working successfully. Please provide any pointers/suggestions. Is there any place where we can find more detailed logs or traces to drill down into the problem.
This is not very useful. This is for versions equal to or higher than WAS 640. SICF does not exist in 46C. Has anyone actually configured sendmail for multiple clients in a 46c system . If yes, was there any special configuration that needed to be done?
