Best font to print French Characters.

Hi all,

I have observed that certain French characters are printing properly if they are printed using COURIER font in SAP Script. If we apply HELVE font, few characters are becoming # symbols in the PDF output. I would like to understand what would be the best font to print French characters apart from COURIER.

We use a sapscript for our Canadian invoices, which are bi-lingual in English and French.  Therein we employ fonts from the TIMES, COURIER and HELVE families.  We have had no complaints from our customers in Quebec.

Apologies to my French colleagues for implying that what works in Canada is applicable to French en général.
