ERP Integartion for Vendor Master - DUNS

Dear Colleagues,

One of European customer is presently integrating ECC and CLM.

As part of the Vendor Master Data Integration, they also want to bring DUNS number from ECC  System. Why is this field is not considerd in Standard Integration when this is a standard field in both applications.

1) The standard Integration mapping is not bringing this field.

Has anyone done this enhancements before?

• What changes are required for Initial extraction reports
• What changs are required in PI content
• Does it require any changes in CLM Side.

I'd like to leverage Vijay's question as we do have the same requrirement of some standard fields in ECC that we'd like to bring them to the CLM side. The fields are:

• Tax Number 1;
• Tax Number 2;
• Tax Number 3;
• Tax Number 4.

This fields are very important in the brazilian contracts as they are the official identification of the vendors, from a legal perspective.

Can we enhance the CREMAS05 IDoc to additionally consider those fields?

You might want to look into creating a custom version of CREMAS05 to isolate the changes you want to send to Sourcing.  I believe enhancing the standard could cause ripple effects to other systems if other outside systems are using the standard IDOC as well.
