Hi Clement,

Can you increase parameter abap/buffersize to 960000.

Also check Note 146289 - Parameter Recommendations for 64-Bit SAP Kernel

Hi Clement,

It seems a Memory issue and need to increase Some Memory Parameters like Roll area for Work Processes if required but prior to that can you try to re-run the job again and check if eliminates the issue.
