Listener status is working.

Host name and IP address is updated in host file.

3/4 times we had down the instance, database and restart OS but problem is as it is.

Quality server Os virtual memory (MB) allocation status.

                    Min          Max

C:\  drive - 4000          12000

D:\  drive - 4000          12000

E:\  drive - 4000          12000

Required Memory :

24500

Is it virtual memory issue.

but on same server we are running test server (200) it was working fine.

Ok. It is good to restore the database, if it is possible. Because datafile recovery operation could be more cost-effective.

Hi,

Please check for the Oracle Listener, if it is working.

You can also check for the entry of the hostname in the c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file.

Thanks

Gaurav,

>> C  *** ERROR => ORA-1403 when accessing table SAPUSER

Check the  OPS$ mechanish has been configured correctly. For the further information; Note 400241 - Problems with ops$ or sapr3 connect to Oracle

The datafile might be corrupted. Perform th "dbv" check over the datafiles, especially on sr3.data4

>> B  db_stinit failed

>> M  *** ERROR => ThCallHooks: event handler db_init for event CREATE_SHM failed [thxxtool3.c  261]

This problem is related with the shared memory allocation. Restart the service or the system to avoid this error.

>> C  *** ERROR => ORA-1403 when accessing table SAPUSER

You have no data in table SAPUSER. You need to have only 1 row for SAPSR3 user. Please use

brconnect -u system/<password> -f chpass -o <sapowner> -p <password>

command to correct this error.

>> B  SQL code: 376, SQL text: ORA-00376: file 7 cannot be read at this time

>> B  ORA-01110: data file 7: 'L:\ORACLE\SEQ\SAPDATA2\SR3_4\SR3.DATA4'

Check the state of the file. Most likely the file if offline. See Note 328785 - ORA-00376: File cannot be read at this time

After that try again. You need to correct errors sequentially. The following errors like

>> B  db_stinit failed

>> M  *** ERROR => ThCallHooks: event handler db_init for event CREATE_SHM failed [thxxtool3.c  261]

may dissapear with no actions taken.

Regards,

Roman
