SC doesnot transfer to ecc automatically

Hello Gurus,

In our system the sc is not been transfered to the ecc system automatically, every day monitoring person has to push the sc this happens for only for a particular company code.

could any one tell me what migh be the issue in the system

1. While pushing it to ECC, what is the status of SC. And what is the step they follow to push it ?

2. Are you facing it first time and initially it was working fine?

3. Are you facing this problem for all the SC ?

when we see in the t code BBP _PD the error is " Error in transmission"

the steps we follow is first run the program

BBP_reqreq_transfer

Clean_Reqreq_up

some customized programs

Z_SC_status_Check_3,5,7,8

it was working fine for years now

this issue is recent one

3. Are you facing this problem for all the SC ?

all the sc for a praticular company, since we have other company the issue is not for other company codes
