project version

Dear All,

Whenever Project material's quantity is changed, i am maintaining a Project Version for that.

But in Standard report CN41, S_ALR_87013538, material quantity and it's value doesn't replicated.

Please reply.

Hi,

Project version can be manually created while changing the WBS, network, in the Structure/Dates information system for one or more projects.

You can use the transaction CN71, CN72.

For CN41, please do as mentioned below and check.

1. In menu goto  EDIT--> Scope of Current data --> All Fields

    Subsequently you will get one popup where you can click on YES.

2. Then in main menu goto Evaluation --> Save Project Version

3. Use specific nomenclature for Version key & Version group and execute.

    It will save with specific Project version name that you gave.

Try this in test system and verify.
