Shipment Cost Document

Dear Friends,

I have problem when calculating freight cost in shipment cost document.I have two outbound deliveries assign to the shipment document and every delivery has different ship to party and every one has different tariff zone and i have maintained different condition records for the tariff zones but the problem is that the system read only one condition record value for the two deliveries so it didn't read the other condition record.

but the condition base is delivery? Eventually the condition is set up as "group condition"?

The calculation base is delivery item and it is not a group condition.

what is the shipment cost document item refering to? Header or stage?

Item det. group is "shipment leg-general"

Shipment cost item  is  "shipment header"
